You know it's LATE when....

        -you put the cereal box away in the FRIDGE

You know you're finally a WOMAN when....

        -you crave CHOCOLATE every single day and cry over anything

You know you are in LOVE with a food when....

        -you ask the server to box up SOMEONE ELSE'S leftovers for you to take home

You know you're STRESSED when....

        -you look like Rudolf with 3 eyes and have 50 KNOTS in your back

You know you're PRETTY good looking when....

        -a 4th grade GIRL says, "see ya hottie," and "good-bye gorgeous" 

You know you're getting OLD when....

        -you can drive for over 20 minutes before even realizing that you NEVER turned the radio on

You know you're PROCRASTINATING when....

        -you know what everyone is thinking or doing at the moment.  thank you FACEBOOK. and you have a recently updated blog

You know you're looking forward to RETIREMENT when....

        -you can sit at a restaurant for over 3 hours talking and PLAYING CARDS with friends

You know you've lived in Provo for almost 6 YEARS when....

        -you catch yourself singing HYMNS as you walk up the stairs to your apartment

You know you need to start eating more HEALTHY when....

        -you realize that you honestly haven't eaten a single vegetable in over 2WEEKS

You know you're not that SPECIAL or unique looking when....

        -you're told every day that you either LOOK FAMILIAR or like someone they know

You know your life is SO blessed when....

        -you just STOP and think for a minute


     

Laws of the Universe

 

 The Laws of the Universe are as follows:

#1  Always let a machine walk for you.

#2  If you lay by someone long enough, you Will make-out with them.

#3  If you sit in front of a plate of food long enough, you will eat it all.

These are the type of conversations you have when you go out to dinner with Drew.  

This is the same Drew that took me out 6 years ago and when he picked me up and we were wearing the exact same outfit, without even a hesitation he said, "go change."  (with both of us having blonde hair...it looked like we had just returned from family pictures).

The same Drew that when he dropped me off that same night and my carbon monoxide detector was going off he said, "oh...you'll be fine."  (He text me in the morning to make sure I had survived through the night....how sweet of him).

AND Last night, Drew even asked if we were listening to Radio Disney when Owl City came on the radio.  haha

Thanks for teaching me about life and the Universe Drew!

Color Me a Party

Originally named Color Coming Out....it was changed to Color Me a Party after several complaints of it sounding too much like a "coming out of the closet" party.  I didn't blame them.  It was a rainbow themed party and our invite did have this picture with it.

anywho...we had so much fun!  Everyone was encouraged to wear a single color from head to toe....or just wear lots of colors.  Whatever really.  We listened to music with colors in the the words,

a wall covered with white paper for people to color on

streamers covered the ceiling

all of the candy was separated by color

and we had a color wall for everyone to get their picture in front of

Saturday......around noon

Kim and I acting like it is a Saturday....in bed watching the 3rd Harry Potter as part of our Harry Potter movie marathon

Trent comes walking in

We ask...."WHERE ARE YOU GOING?"

Trent says, as if we're stupid or something, "CHURCH."

HE TOTALLY THOUGHT IS WAS SUNDAY!  I couldn't stop laughing

Dreaming of Chocolate

or NOT dreaming of Chocolate!!

I've been laying in bed for over two hours and can't fall asleep.  I didn't know the caffine in Chocolate could have such an effect on me.  Could I go run a marathon right now??....MAYBE....or maybe not.  I don't know.

Did I really have that much?  

(I remember this same problem being addressed by my cousin.  AND I know we're not allowed to give Grandma chocolate late at night or she'll be up all night reading the dictionary.  It must run in the family.)

CABIN FEVER

It will be as if you are snowed in at our glorious cabin.

Age is just a number BABY

I was so excited to turn 21 (it may or may not be for the 4th time).  BUT I figure...I'm going to do it right this time.   

Here's to another great year!

I went to lunch with all my high school friends.  Aren't they the best!!  And this is what they wore in celebration (j/k jonny knoble).

My Grandma took me to get a pedicure.  She insisted that I get a little something special on my toes.  It turned out to be a lot bigger than the little snowflake I was imagining. But I love it none the less.

Dinner with the fam! Still wearing my awesome flip flops.

My roommates made me this super cute cake.  Yes, with 21 written all along the sides.

Played a little Speed.  This kid (Alex--a special interest of my roommate Andrea--haha) is incredible at Speed people.  Don't ever place bets on the game.  Just warning you.  I thought I was good....

Check out this AMAZING cake!  Jamie is the baker. She is amazing!  She had the cutest metaphor to go with it.  I hope she reads this and will leave a comment with her metaphor. please.  I can't believe she made this for me!

(The pajamas??? Well, they'll be exlained later.  And the reason for Jamie's sad face--let's just say...6 layered cakes don't travel extremely well.  But don't worry...it was still EPIC!)
